Information for Employing a Nanny

Our Process

We need to know what you expect your nanny to be like in terms of experience, age, qualification and very importantly, personality. To ensure a good working relationship it is crucial to find a nanny who has similar ideas, values and beliefs as you and your family.

For Permanent Positions which could be full-time or part-time then you as the engager of Services you become the employer. You have Obligations to your Employee.

Employer Registration Form

By completing this form Eurobodalla Nannies will gain a greater understanding of the type of person that would work well and match your family. We will discuss the position with you and send you an invoice for the Registration Fee of $75.

Nanny Search

Once we have received the Registration Fee we will contact you regarding the profiles of nannies that may be suitable for your needs and your family is a perfect match for their work schedule.

When you have made your selection we will notify the nanny directly and provide them a description of the position and provide them with your contact details to set up an interview time convenient for both. .

Interview Time

The South Coast Nanny you have selected will call you to introduce herself, discuss the position and arrange an interview time. Once the interview has taken place we will do a follow up call to both parties to determine how we should proceed. If you would like to continue searching we will clarify the requirements and begin another search for you.

You Have Found The Perfect Nanny

Once you have found the perfect nanny, an invoice with the Placement Fee. The Placement Fees are due in two installments.

I.            The First installment shall be Seventy Five (75%) percent of the whole Agency Placement Fee amount as described in the invoice. This is due in full three (3) days prior to commencement of employment by the Contractor.

II.            The Second installment shall be the remaining balance, which is due by three (3) weeks anniversary date of commencement of employment by the Contractor.


A contract will be required to be drawn up between the Nanny and you the Employer outlining the terms and conditions of permanent employment. This contract is simply what you honor to do by your Nanny and what she honors to do by you.

Note:  A copy of this Employment contract is to be given to Eurobodalla Nannies for their records of your application.
